Upon graduating from Wimbledon School of Art, Terry McKivragan pursued a career as a designer and illustrator. It was as an illustrator that Terry developed a love for watercolours, drawing inspiration from the works of Turner. Terry then moved into acrylics, a medium which allowed him to paint with a more impressionistic approach, experimenting with colour and textures.
